mb/hp: Add Elitebook 8560w as an HP Sandy/Ivy Bridge laptop variant

The components listed in the documentation work in this port.
The lack of an MXM structure in the firmware makes the laptop
boot slower than the vendor firmware, which can be resolved by
by adding the MXM structure and adding MXM interrupts in SeaBIOS.
