PS6, Line 7: soc/cometlake: Use repo for FSP binary and headers

I would reword this:

soc/intel/cometlake: Use IntelFSP repo

Make use of the publicly-available FSP binaries and headers for Comet Lake. Also, remove the Comet Lake header files from src/vendorcode, since they are no longer necessary.
