Are there more SoC patches that are necessary for ADL TCSS right now?

The way its organized currently, the TCSS selection is up to the mainboard.

In general, coreboot is trying to keep adding weak functions everywhere, so you should just have to add 
`select SOC_INTEL_COMMON_BLOCK_TCSS`
to your mainboard Kconfig at the same time as adding the `mainboard_tcss_get_port_info` function to mainboard.c
