Instead of removing it here, the clean target should probably be updated to only clean tools that are used for the build.
Like superiotool, viatool isn't used as a part of the build, but we still want to test building it as part of jenkins.
Since this list is for building in jenkins, I think we still want it here.
Well, I believe viatool isn't used anymore. I think it was used with the vx900 code that got dropped after 4.11, so I don't know if this tool is useful to have.
