1. Firstly, it's a DRAM issue, not the SoC issue. And the issue is highly depending on what DRAMs (vendor) are on the boards. That's why we plan to provide an option in device tree for users to config.
2. we've done some validations and measured the power consumption. There is no functional regression and no significant difference regarding power consumption.
