cbmem: switch over to imd-based cbmem
In order to reduce the number of cbmem implementations remove the dynamic cbmem with the imd-based one. The imd library still provdes dynamic growth so that feature hasn't changed. The current imd-based cbmem packs small allocations into a larger entry. The following examples show the reduced fragmentation and reduced memory usage.
