00630F01 was Kaveri and I'm not sure there was ever a mb pushed that used that APU.
There's Kaveri APUs that can fit in FM2/FM2+ boards currently using the AGESA f15tn code. It's probably easier to make AGESA work with Kaveri than make KaveriPI work.
I suspect neither option is a good one, however. The PI images were built for with AGESA settings for specific sockets/infrastructure. The 00630F01 one is FP3, so trying to use that in FM2 would likely cause problems.
Yeah, this is why I suggest that anyone who wants to use Kaveri on FM2+ boards should instead make AGESA f15tn work with Kaveri. (After sleeping, I realized I didn't explain myself well.)
