Patch Set 3:

This was tested successfully with "Intel System Debugger Target Indicator" on X11SSM-F:
- DCI needs to be enabled in IFD
- UPDs PchDciEn=1 (missing here), XdciEnable=1 (done in this change)
- you are required to used USB3 port 0 or 1 (don't remember which one it was)
