Interesting. I tested a PS/2 keyboard and it worked. Not sure if a mouse works, since it shares the same physical port.

Were the PCI ports tested?
I did a brief test, and at least one port works reliably. Not sure about the other port, there might be an issue with the PCI card I used, or the board itself.
