PS2, Line 9: Increase BIOS region(SI_BIOS) from 16MB to 28MB to make more spaces for
           : upcoming payloads.
I am assuming that you will access the "upcoming payloads" which are placed beyond the 16MB boundary using HW sequencing.
A maximum of 16MB BIOS area will be memmapped below 4GB in the CPU address space.
