arch/x86/smbios: Add more fields to be overriden for type 3 and 4

For type 3, override chassis asset_tag_number with smbios_mainboard_asset_tag()
and added two functions that can override chassis version and serial_number.

For type 4 added smbios_processor_serial_number() to override serial_number.

Tested on OCP Tioga Pass.
