dedede does have the SSFC (second source factory cache) enabled, which means there are effectively an additional 32 bits to use for FW_CONFIG (and which are model-specific, see https://review.coreboot.org/plugins/gitiles/coreboot/+/refs/heads/master/src... for an example). Could you talk to Marco or Henry about using SSFC for bugzzy?

+1 though for reusing the existing STYLUS_PRESENT for the digitzer
