Hmmm, using `{}` as part of an argument (not just `{}` alone) isn't portable. Maybe
that's the issue? Could you check if it creates a directory called `{}`? i.e.
`/dev/shm/coreboot/payloads/external/FILO/filo/build/libpayload/{}`.
