after lookng a bit closer into the AGESA reference code it turned out that it set those two fields to the equivalents of ACPI_FADT_C2_NOT_SUPPORTED and ACPI_FADT_C3_NOT_SUPPORTED, so the existing behavior matches the refence code. i added a comment instead that points out that those values will be overridden by the _CST packages
