commit 15e162025bf05b49d74d7e1b59c4d8ede9241a39 Author: Ronald G. Minnich rminnich@google.com Date: Fri Nov 8 10:13:50 2013 -0800
util/xcompile/xcompile: try, and fail, to set it up for aarch64
Not to be comitted until fixed.
The tools for aarch64 on ubuntu are called aarch64-linux-gnu-* The type is elf64-littleaarch64
I've added what I think ought to work but it fails to find it.
One thing I've noticed is that gcc for the test .c file is only run AFTER the first instance of testas is run, which I don't understand. But the assembly source in /tmp that testas runs against, for aarch64, is a 0-byte file.
This has only been tested on ubuntu saucy; the aarch64 toolchain is in a very ill-defined state on most distros.
