There is a chicken-and-egg wrinkle here: The ASL is only useful
for all the boards if they either call INCB()/DECB() explicitly
(they don't) or declare in their devicetree whatever will be
necessary to activate the runtime GFX0.LCD0.* generation...
so maybe this should be merged with the patch to call
drivers_intel_gma_displays_ssdt_generate().
