Your superiotool dump [1] looks very reasonable. Please update
the NANA fields as done in CB:49241 and adapt the printed name
to make people aware of the unfortunate lack of a datasheet. I
see no reason not to merge it then.

As we can never be 100% without a datasheet, how about naming this like

NCT6797D (experimental)

or

NCT6797D (potential subset)

or something like that.
