Port done with the autoport utility

Tested:

Restart, S3 resume and shutdown
Network (not tested for PXE, just with loaded OS)
USB boot (USB 2.0 only)
Integrated Sound
Integrated VGA and HDMI with libgfxinit
PCIe 16x port (with HD5450 - VGA only)
SeaBIOS payload
