PS8: Oof, this sounds way too inefficient. What's wrong with enabling MCHBAR in bootblock? One could even have a `SOC_INTEL_COMMON_SA_MCHBAR_IN_BOOTBLOCK` Kconfig to decide when to enable MCHBAR.
