PS20, Line 7: common/block/notify
Can we chose a different name other than "notify"?. This gives a notion that this drop-in replacement for FSP notify, which may not be the case. FSP notify may decide to more things than what is being done in this, or this module can do more than what FSP is doing. maybe "boot_complete" or "eop"?
