cpu/amd/model_10xxx: Fix UMA memory sizes

Fix up commit 4916880 (cpu/amd/model_10xxx: Move GFXUMA size
    calculation to separate function) unintentionally changing
    behavior when converting the switch statement to an if-else
    statement.
