[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: d2044cc reg_script: default to n for ARCH_X86

the following patch was just integrated into master:

reg_script: default to n for ARCH_X86

The reg_script functionality is only used by specific chipsets so have
    it selected instead of defaulting to y for ARCH_X86.
