mb/google/brox/var/jubilant: Remove STORAGE_UNKNOWN fw_config option

With `probe unprovisioned` fw_config rule, there is no need to define an
explicit STORAGE_UNKNOWN option. Hence remove it.

TEST=Build Jubilant FW image.
