While I don't like having to work around broken code in coreboot, sometimes it just needs to be done. coreboot already has a reputation of being difficult to work with and blocking things like this just perpetuate that impression. I don't think that this is a case where adding this fix impacts coreboot sufficiently to warrant a block to getting it merged.

The name of the Kconfig option indicates that it's broken, and I think that should be sufficient in this case. If this is still needed, let's merge it.
