PS2, Line 61: 	uint8_t s0ix_allow_xtal_on;
Thought about it a bit more and if my translation is correct, it's not just
allowed to be kept on, but it has to be kept on, so this should be `keep`
not allow. If it doesn't qualify for shutdown it's not allowed to be shut
down, right?
