Before we start down this road, can you provide an accurate
example of a board layout with conflict potential?

All I remember is trouble with physical PIRQ lines, but I
thought Intel got rid of (most of) them. We had flexibility
(and board-specific tables) in the past, and it often turned
out to create even more trouble ._.
