We already do that for all configs with `CONFIG_FSP_USE_REPO=y`.

We only have one repo and one submodule pointer. If you want to point to older
revisions that still have the Alder Lake FSP, you'd have to add another submodule.
And we'd need more Kconfigs to tell which submodule to use. Is that worth the hassle?
Are you sure anyone uses such a config?
