mb/google/nissa/var/rull: add touchpad init config and rtd3 for wifi7 and change ssd timeing

We initialize the touchpad initialization configuration. Change wifi7 gpio_padbased mode to rtd3.
At the same time, the previous GPIO configuration will cause the SSD device to not be recognized.
We adjust the position of the enable and reset pins.
