This patch introduces sign-of-life support for the following
two use-cases:
1. Memory Training in FSP-M
2. CSME update

BUG=b:279173035
TEST=If `CONFIG_UGOP_EARLY_GRAPHICS' is set to y, we observe a text
     message on screen during Memory training and CSME update.
