cpu/intel/haswell/Kconfig: Intend help text with two spaces
Commit »haswell: 24MHz monotonic time implementation« (c46cc6f1) [1] added the Kconfig variable `MONOTONIC_TIMER_MSR` with a help text, but only used one space instead of the suggested two spaces for indentation. So add one space.
»Lines under a "config" definition are indented with one tab, while help text is indented an additional two spaces.« [2]
