PS1: 
I did 4 measurements (2 each) with 8 jobs on a machine that did nothing besides building the toolchain (no graphical enviroment etc):
```
ninja:
First round:  38:05
Second round: 38:15
make:
First round:  38:24
Second round: 38:57
```
So I guess ninja is a few seconds faster.
