mb/google/corsola: Fully calibrate DRAM

Initialize and calibrate DRAM in romstage.

DRAM full calibration logs:
dram_init: dram init end (result: 1)
DRAM-K: Full calibration passed in 20014 msecs

TEST=DRAM full calibration pass.
