Patch merged into coreboot/master: 25b56c3 build: remove -ccopts mechanism

the following patch was just integrated into master:

build: remove -ccopts mechanism

We now use the slightly more familiar CFLAGS_* and CPPFLAGS_*
    for the same purpose.
