Patch merged into coreboot/master: Only apply libgcc workaround on x86-32

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Only apply libgcc workaround on x86-32

This should probably be moved out of lib and to arch/x86,
    since it does not even apply on x86-64, and ARM has its
    own copy of libgcc.
