Yes.the WWAN module datasheet is in the b:349698817
PWR_EN   H       H
FCPO#    H       H
RESET#   L  20ms H

The PWR_EN and FCPO# from low to high in the same time and then have a 20ms delay 
to set RESET# from low to high
