Updating from commit id 11bd4c0f4:
2018-05-22 21:57:16 -0700 - (bip: enabled PPC interrupts)

to commit id 860fe2962:
2018-12-29 05:45:29 -0800 - (mt_scp/ipi: Support host command.)

This brings in 1420 new commits.
