mb/siemens/mc_ehl2: Move RTC RX6110SA from SMBus to I2C2

This board have the RTC RX6110SA connected to the I2C2 instead of SMBus
as in mc_ehl1. Set the bus speed for I2C2 to 100 kHz, since this RTC
only supports the standard speed.
