soc/intel: Support both 64 and 32 bit for crashlog

The crashlog code in Meteorlake soc is changed to support both 32
and 64 bit architectures using uintptr_t data type and void* pointer.

BUG=b:346676856
TEST=Successfully built MeteorLake (rex) and tested for rex0 and
rex64 images.
