baytrail: add audio clock workaround for LPE

Apparently the LPE device needs a 25MHz clock. Provide
    the work around to enable this clock.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:23791
    BRANCH=None
    TEST=Built and booted. Confirmed setting being applied.
