Yes, it requires BIOS image to be signed and also "Platform secure boot enable" option to be selecte […] ran a quick test and only user-visible options can be selected via the build's .config file, so this needs to be user-visible, since the default needs to be n, but it also needs to be possible to switch this on via the .config
