Patch merged into coreboot/master: skylake: pass IED_REGION_SIZE Kconfig to FSP

skylake: pass IED_REGION_SIZE Kconfig to FSP

Ignore the devicetree.cb setting and use the already
    existing IED_REGION_SIZE Kconfig option.
