We were told in the leadership meeting where this binary was discussed that it did not have access to memory or other x86 resources.  Some PCI devices are controlled by either the x86 or the PSE, but can't be accessed by both at the same time.  Sheng was going to verify that this was the case, in which case, it's just like any other embedded controller in a laptop.  We don't print warnings for those, so we probably shouldn't for this either.
