mb/google/poppy: New SPD support for Shyvana , Shyvana-M and Leona

1. Add new spd file , "samsung_dimm_K4E8E324ED-EGCG.spd.hex".
2. Add SPD support of "samsung_dimm_K4E8E324ED-EGCG" and
"samsung_dimm_K4E6E304ED-EGCG" in rammus memory table.

TEST=emerge-rammus coreboot chromeos-ec chromeos-bootimage
Flash FW to DUT, and make sure system boots up.
