amd/parmer/BiosCallOuts.c: Remove unneeded SATA comment
Remove the superfluous comment,
/* sata configuration */
which should be re-added, when there is actual code for it.
AMD Thatcher and ASUS F2A85-M do not have this comment either, so removing the comment also unifies the files.
