mb/google/poppy/var/rammus: Update SPD table for Rammus

1. Add new SPD file, "samsung_dimm_K4E8E324ED-EGCG.spd.hex".
2. Add SPD support in Rammus memory table, as follows:
   SPD_SOURCES += samsung_dimm_K4E8E324ED-EGCG     # 0b0110
   SPD_SOURCES += samsung_dimm_K4E6E304ED-EGCG     # 0b0111

TEST=emerge-rammus coreboot chromeos-ec chromeos-bootimage
Flash FW to DUT, and make sure system boots up.
