supermicro/x11-lga1151-series: Enable scanning for external graphics

Enable scanning for external graphics by dropping `SkipExtGfxScan = 1`.
This ensures FSP does not enable legacy VGA decoding on the iGPU and allows
SeaBIOS to use the AST2400 with VGA_TEXT_FRAMEBUFFER=y.
Also move PrimaryDisplay from variant to board devicetree, so all board variants
can make use of the text framebuffer and/or PEG slot. Tested on X11SSH-LN4F.
