I think we should keep libncurses-dev explicitly intalled.  I'm not sure what libreadline-dev is used by, but we need libncurses-dev for Kconfig's menuconfig.

So what you're saying here is true, but even if libreadline-dev got removed, we still need libncurses-dev.

I'm testing to see what libreadline-dev is used by now. Maybe *that* should be removed instead.
