Interesting opinion

I wanted to do it in a single patch exactly to avoid this exact scenario (as well as littering the git tree).

If someone clones the tree from main, new kconfig option will become visible (and be added to .config after running nconfig/oldconfig).

If we split the patch, there's a chance it would slightly (because let's face it, it's a very simple change) break people's workflow if they happen to clone it before merging this patch and what would be split into removing `ALWAYS_*`.

That's why I thought it was a better idea to edit it before exposing it to end-users.
