Obviously we're stuck. Some people consider manual breaking lines
some want to leave it to the text editor.

What originally made me write this up was actually a case where
surrounding comments were broken earlier than newly added ones.
It felt awkward to nag about this as long there was no written
rule about it. For this instance, the preamble Julius is adding
would serve as well.

So I'll abandon this change.
