soc/amd/cezanne: Move PSP_VERSTAGE_MAP_ENTIRE_SPIROM config

Select PSP_VERSTAGE_MAP_ENTIRE_SPIROM in Cezanne Kconfig instead of
common Kconfig.

BUG=None
TEST=Build BIOS image and boot to OS in dewatt.
